BBvisory was founded by Brett Bouchard, a technology operator with more than two decades of experience and a former director at Google. He started BBvisory to close the gap between what AI promises and what it actually delivers for real businesses and real people.

BBvisory LLC is a United States-based business serving clients remotely. For questions about services, enrollments, billing, refunds, or cancellations, email brett@bbvisory.com and a member of the BBvisory team will respond within two business days.
BBvisory LLC offers (1) online AI education under our AI Over 50 brand, delivered as live cohort courses on the Maven platform, (2) AI systems and agentic marketing team design & deployment for businesses, and (3) confidential, on-call AI advisory for founders and executives. All offerings are digital services and educational programs.
All BBvisory offerings are delivered digitally. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. Because nothing is physically shipped, no return or shipping policy applies. Course and program access is provided electronically.
Course purchases (including the AI Over 50 cohort) are enrolled and delivered through Maven and are covered by Maven's Satisfaction Guarantee: you may request a full refund within the eligible window for your cohort — for courses shorter than four weeks, through the course midpoint; for courses of four weeks or longer, through the first two weeks. After that window, refunds are considered case-by-case for exceptional circumstances. Advisory and systems engagements are billed per the written agreement; fees for work already performed are non-refundable, and unused prepaid amounts may be refunded on request.
If you believe you were charged in error, email brett@bbvisory.com before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer — we resolve most billing issues within 2 business days.
To cancel a course enrollment, email us. Cancellations requested within Maven's Satisfaction Guarantee window (see Refunds & disputes above) receive a full refund; after that window, enrollments are non-refundable except on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Ongoing advisory retainers may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice; access continues through the end of any paid period.
Any discounts, promotional pricing, or limited-time offers are valid only for the dates and terms stated at the time of the offer, cannot be combined unless noted, apply to new purchases only, and hold no cash value. BBvisory may modify or end a promotion at any time; terms in effect at the time of purchase govern.
BBvisory LLC operates from the United States and serves clients where lawfully permitted; services are not offered where restricted by applicable export or sanctions law. Course payments are processed securely by Stripe. Full terms of service are provided in your written agreement or enrollment confirmation.
